"The Diet Solution Program" by Isabel De Los Rios is definitely what we (the SPR team) were looking for. We have reviewed other weight loss products in the past, but this one beats all of them hands down.
Finally a no BS weight loss program which actually shows how to lose weigth in a healthy manner. It dispels all those dieting myths that people keep on swearing on. You can eat all you want and still lose weight. It is truly amazing.
We actually went on a diet solution regime here in the SPR offices and all of us have lost quite a lot of weight!
The only downside that we could see in it is that it could have a better layout.
